We received 42 government or civil requests for user data. Because we do not log user activity, we were able to provide activity records in 0 cases. We provided basic subscriber data (email, signup date) in 3 cases, following a valid Swiss court order.
Every request is reviewed by our legal team. We push back on any request that is overbroad, targets political speech, or comes from outside the jurisdictions where we have a legal presence.
