By creating a Protonou VPN account you agree to the terms summarised here. Full legalese is available on request from legal@protonou.com.
Acceptable use
Do not use Protonou VPN to send spam, launch attacks against third parties, distribute malware or infringe on other people's rights. Violations may terminate service immediately.
Subscriptions & refunds
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. New paid subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days for any reason.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland; disputes go to the courts of Geneva unless local consumer law says otherwise.
