Please provide the offending IP address, timestamps in UTC, the affected service or URL, and log samples if you have them. Reports without a timestamp are extremely difficult to correlate.

How we investigate
Because Protonou VPN keeps no user activity logs, we cannot re-identify a specific customer. What we can do is block the abusive flow, tighten protocol policy on the exit node and, in serious cases, cooperate with legitimate legal process.
